MARCH 2020 – MARCH 2022Conveyor Technician, Tennessee ConveyorAs a conveyor technician I was responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing conveyor belts in a variety of industrial settings. Installing and repairing mechanical components such as pulleys, belts, bands, gears/shafts. I worked with heavy equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts daily. It was important to have strong communication skills in order to ensure safe operations with other employees.

Being a CSR, my daily duties included handling customer inquiries, billing questions, payments and service request with the upmost respect. I was responsible for discussing promotions and special offers to customers to increase sales. Answered numerous inbound calls each day to handle various concerns, set appointments, and close sales.
