As training manager supporting Acxiom's sales and client-facing associates, I ensure these teams have the product and offering knowledge and sales methodology skills to succeed at Acxiom. I have successfully designed and implemented training programs and workshops across the sales organization. Topics ranged from sales methodology and sales process to digital acumen and portfolio education. My experience as a Sales Operations manager was varied since my specific role changed a few times while I was in this Department. I was responsible for planning, executing and managing our global sales incentive and recognition programs and global sales meetings. All programs were executed on-time and under budget. I also supported regional sales VPs in a more traditional Sales Operations role by providing territory planning, pipeline growth management and advisement, account planning support, forecasting reporting and accuracy maintenance, CRM system training and performance reporting for the above. I consistently received high praise and recognition from my managers and the leaders I supported during my time in this role.

As a Business Advisor, I had the opportunity to work across the organization with several business unit leaders. I managed executive-level sponsored initiatives, such as a corporate infrastructure partnership, corporate-wide communications, sales meeting and retreat management and incentive programs. During this time, I was selected for the first Acxiom Leadership Candidate Program.

Client Services Managers and Account Relationship Leaders were responsible for the satisfaction, growth and health of one or more accounts. My clients included the US division of the largest bank in the world and the credit card and insurance divisions of a global conglomerate corporation. Achieved or exceeded quota every year that I was in the role.

During my time at TCBY, I developed and introduced new menu items, such as parfaits, malts, frozen coffee drinks, ice cream, sorbet and new flavors. I managed menu item preparation during photo shoots and commercial shoots. I coordinated vendor and distributor relationships to support all new product development. I developed local store marketing programs to support franchised and corporate-owned stores.
