As the Delivery Operations Manager at Fearless Guides I have built out processes in project management software to enable team coordination. My focus is management of contracts from the moment they're signed through every nuanced module.

I have created and implemented innovative 9th-grade environmental science & 10th-grade biology curriculums. My responsibility spans well beyond the realm of educating students and I engage with the greater school and district communities in my roles as Charter Leadership Board Member, Instructional Leadership Team Member, and New Staff Mentor.I have designed professional development series' on Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) and supported school-wide faculty on implementation as well as successfully advocated for the introduction of AP Environmental Science to school site and served as instructor for the course - 82% exam pass rate, well above the national average.

Utilized defined quantitative and qualitative principles that are aligned throughout the UC system to review 2,000 incoming freshmen applications.

Awarded grant to research effective processes to integrate equitable western special education practices into Eastern European education systems.Unable to fulfill grant period due to COVID cancellation in August 2020.
