As an SI Leader, hold study sessions for traditionally challenging physics and math courses providing students an environment to work together, engage with content, ask questions, and review lecture material along with their peers. Advance work for each session includes preparation of detailed lesson plan based on difficulty and importance of course material, as well as participation in weekly discipline-specific meetings with fellow SI Leaders and Course Leaders. Overall, I have helped hundreds of students to achieve success in their classes and a deeper knowledge of material.As a promoted Course Leader, manage other SI Leaders to improve their skills and build community among the team.
