As the Business Development Specialist (BDS) I am responsible for managing the collective business performance in my assigned Market Area by developing and executing strategic objectives to meet both current and future business needs. In this role I serve as a primary contact for the assigned Market Area management team and provide principal support to the Strategy Manager working to develop, coordinate and execute business plan strategies to meet/exceed all metrics, including but not limited to Retail Sales, Wholesale sales, Dealer engagement, employee development and Training Certification.My Duties and Responsibilities Include • Managing the development and implementation of effective programs, events, and strategies toward meeting/exceeding strategic regional objectives.• Collaborate/build relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth opportunities.• Analyze, communicate performance, and consult with key personnel on meeting objectives via Organizational meetings, team meetings, and conference calls.• Prepare presentations for meetings conducted by Senior and Executive Management• Responsible to drive operational success of the team through performance coaching, development, and methods that drive success in meeting and/or exceeding company goals and metrics set by the Client.• Coordinate development and deployment of assignment outlines on all PR and non-PR tasks.• Coach and develop new employees, focusing on systems, reports and processes.• Create and maintain reporting to communicate KPI’s and

Analyze, communicate performance, and consult with Market Area/Regional personnel on meeting key objectives via Organizational Meetings, conference calls, etc. Assist in preparing Business Development presentations for meetings and support the various business growth needs. Produce weekly performance and assignment reporting, as well as track performance, analyze data to provide insight into where further attention is needed

•Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends•Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality, and availability.•Research and discover new product lines based on quality, popularity and brand representation. •Analyze current and past sell through reports to determine appropriate budget allocation by brand and category. •Interpret available sell through data to monitor stock levels and ensure timely sell through for inventory management to align with allocated budgets•Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company.•Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase and coordination with store staff. •Create reports on sales, budgets, and customer satisfaction to adjust strategies accordingly.•Forge and maintain relationships with various vendors and suppliers to promote fair dealing.•Attend events, fairs, and exhibitions to remain up to date with the market’s trends.
