As the Platform Guidance Owner, I design, create, and manage the Platform Guidance system, a system of in-app, dynamic documentation with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Using the Platform Guidance feature, we help inform, educate, and involve platform users through offerings such as new feature highlights, in-depth process walkthroughs, and event notifications.We want our users to become platform experts, and with a platform that is constantly evolving, that means teaching our users how to accomplish what they need to without always having to talk to their Success Manager or break their workflow to read a long-form article. Guides placed within the platform help our practitioners learn while doing, which makes them more efficient and confident.Being able to update in-platform messages without platform builds allows me to take a more proactive and strategic approach to helping our customers. Instead of having to wait for visual clarification to be prioritized, we can collect data around workflow and usage and use that data to pinpoint areas where customers are falling off the ideal-state path.At the end of the day, it’s all about the data and how we use it to affect change within our customers’ workflows and behaviors. Expanding on previous work with the creation and maintenance of communities, this role allows me to take a more holistic view of client experience and operations. Through internal analysis paired with specific strategic initiatives and visual design, I can help a client see what's happening in their communities and how to deliver on their goals. Projects span a wide range: Specific reporting & analysis of activity and adoption through brand communities, strategic recommendations and initiatives directed at specific clients to improve various aspects of their communities, the creation of 1-pagers & infographics/mockups/badging and gamification design, among other things. I hope to grow my interests and skills in visual design, documentation, and workflow through the creation of product training and marketing materials. These materials can help both our internal team and our clients understand big-picture concepts through easy-to-understand and easy-to-follow collateral around product offering and process.

As a Program Manager, I analyze client communities and online presence along with their goals to help develop programs to increase their success. Using trends based on activity and site traffic density, I pinpoint areas for improvement, presenting opportunities from our product catalogue along with more general features like improving SEO and enhancing UX to help the client reach broader audiences and provide the best experience for their customers. Additionally, I work with our team to create and collaborate on internal processes that will help streamline the business including process documentation, marketing materials, and account review materials. I would like to grow this role to include the creation of more dynamic visuals to help make complex ideas and processes more easily digestible to our client base and internal team. In my mind - the easier a concept is for a client to grasp, be it implementation of Gamification or SEO, how to design an email campaign, or how to attract a larger community, the more likely they will be to use these services and turn to us as a trusted partner for future endeavors.

This position comprises many different areas of involvement. Still participating in moderation and community management for clients, while also helping to manage a team of moderators - providing support with content actions, client protocol, and scheduling. In addition to this, aiding clients in understanding the product and how it aids in protecting and fostering their communities along with in depth client-facing and internal reporting regarding moderation, community management, and community-based user actions.

Moderation of product reviews for different clients through an interface unique to Bazaarvoice. Cross referenced comments/reviews against different client requirements and handled each accordingly. Coding of each piece of content by its content (i.e. customer service issue, language, etc.)

Aided supervisor in creating and editing advertisements, promotional items, brochures, etc for clients including Austin Museum of Art, Texas Tourism Council, and Texas Restaurant Association. Worked with clients to design advertisements, company logos and websites, utilized Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
