Here I was supporting the trial of a new restaurant brand named Cook house and Pub. As part of this new brand, I also had the chance to project lead and implement a POC for a new tablet feed back solution in Whitbread’s new restaurant brands for 6 Cook house and Pub’s and 4 Bar and Block sites. ►Working as a Problem Analyst at Whitbread for the Core Site Technology Refresh project enabled me to gain skills in problem management and stakeholder management. I helped resolve both high and low issues for the Premier Inn and Restaurant estate. The diverse workload also allowed me to create a project WAR Room to benefit both project team and problem team to work in an effective and collaborative environment. ► Working as a PMO Analyst for Produban, has allowed me to be involved in large scale projects, such as Windows 10 Migrations, McAfee Encryption Updates, Go Smart Programmes and Agile Requests across numerous head office sites.
