I am looking for the right company to begin a long-standing IT career in, and I want go into some experience that might be overlooked when looking at my resumé.I have most commonly worked on peripheral areas of hardware: installing scanners for registers, fixing receipt jams and printer issues, troubleshooting network connectivity, rebooting modules and pin pads, and the sort. Outside of work, I’ve installed an external hard drive to my gaming console, and I’ve learned to architect a desktop computer—able to take one apart and put it back together again. I can install operating systems, and I am also a very quick learn for programs and applications. I am learning python in my free time. My customer service is where I especially shine, and I believe an interview would showcase it as one of my best traits. I’m amicable, engaging, and have the tact for mediation and interpersonal management. I have in the past been offered jobs with reference by patrons who were impressed by my service. I enjoy problem solving, I value organization, and I feel accomplished when I can streamline solutions and find the most efficient process per situation.I hope to find myself as the right fit somewhere in a company with the culture for growth. I wish to be not only be an asset to that team, but also to the customers.
