Currently leading a pod of designers focused on improving creative for CPG brands primarily sold on Amazon. - Providing creative direction and feedback for the designer and writer on a project to ensure the pod is solving for the correct problem and stakeholder goals are met- Working with packaging designers to make improvements to the customer experience upon product arriving and ensuring brand consistency- Collaborating with brand managers to create alignment for short and long term brand strategy goals within the Amazon marketplace- Pivoting creatively to stay competitive within the category on Amazon if a competitor is gaining market share- Following data trends in conversion and session rates of our hero product pages and analyzing creative on listings to mitigate negative trends- Communicating across other teams to share brand strategy and assets such as new product launches- Completed leadership training + workshop alongside personal coaching sessions

A part of leading projects from concept to delivery ensuring they both met objectives and upheld brand standards including menu design, digital content and social content.- Provided art direction to social team and oversaw photography and styling- Conceptualized new identities and branding for restaurant clients- Executed campaigns and menu design from beginning to end including: concepting, art direction of photoshoots, final production work and attended press checks.

- Maintained brand consistency across communications including multi-channel campaigns to continue donor engagement- Concept and creation of Annual Review printed piece and microsite- Brand collateral for affinity groups targeting specific donor segments (i.e. college students, women and the water crisis)= Part of team concepting and executing experience of annual donor gala
