Engineering Enablement Specialist
CurrentThis role is a mix between Enablement, Agile Coaching, and Psychology and my main responsibility is to make sure everyone in the department enjoys coming to work, feel psychologically safe to bring their true selves to work, and are making meaningful connections. I work with managers and engineers on a daily basis to coach them with best communication practices and help prevent conflicts. Additionally I am also responsible for:- Establishing and maintaining a feedback culture- Analyzing employees' feedback through "Satisfaction" surveys- Supporting the hiring process with a "Culture Fit Interview"- Supporting HR and management decisions by bringing a people-focused/psychology perspective to the table - Preparing Engineering Onboardings- From time to time, supporting other departments with the tasks mentioned above
