The above quote has taught me to push myself to be/do better to take care of the small details.As an HR Specialist within University Relations, my goal was to help centralize University Relations (Recruitment, Strategy, and Program Management) for a highly matrixed organization. I was able to put my process improvement, change management, and project management skills to the test, while completing full-cycle recruitment in a high volume environment. During my internships with GE and UPMC, I learned foundational HR skills by completing projects with employee corrective action, performance reviews, and turnover analysis.
