Support clients Hershey, Campbell, and Aruba Tourism Authority • Participate in client-facings calls to update clients on current planning and media efforts.• Coordinate interviews of brands' CEO with media outlets to discuss breaking news topics.• Lead media mailer production by coordinating with several vendors and enforcing the timeline. • Write ad hoc reports on global crisis issues and its' impact on clients' brands.• Work alongside the social media team to track data and evaluate current trends to prepare combined competitor and industry landscape reports. The reports showcase popular topics and best-in-class executions from other brands.• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports analyzing brand performance.• Onboard new team members and interns by creating onboarding materials, hosting training sessions and delegating tasks among team members.• Assist with budget planning for campaigns then handle invoicing with vendors and editors.• Work on multi-month long campaigns, resulting in multi-billion number of impressions.• Pitch media contacts and secure placements in top-tier media outlets, including The Today Show, NPR, Fox News and more.
