Managing Pushkin's team of editors, coordinating editorial guidance for the network's wide range of shows. Working with the senior team to shape the network's voice and direction. Developing and assessing new show ideas. Running training and mentorship programs for the entire staff. Additionally, editing Revisionist History, Hot Money, Cautionary Tales and other hit podcasts.

I support producers' creative work and professional development. I provide editorial guidance and oversight across Transmitter's suite of shows, from development to launch. As part of the senior team, I help steer Transmitter's growth, and shape the company culture. I work with the CEO to select projects and develop original programs.

I advocate for excellence in all Transmitter stories, identifying and clearing the way for narrative throughlines, posing clarifying questions to production staff. I am an instrumental part of organizational leadership, committed to helping producers grow and develop their individual storytelling skills. I coach producers in raising the ambition levels of their stories, thinking through missing narrative elements, and engaging ways of telling stories large and small.

In addition to production work, I edited a wide range of pieces. I collaborated with New Yorker writers and editors to shape the tone, style and scope of the program. I coordinated with the magazine's staff to select, assign and plan radio features to complement print and web stories.

As a founding producer of the program, I worked with WNYC and the New Yorker to develop a new radio program and podcast. In concert with New Yorker writers and editors, I helped shape the tone, style and scope of the program. I produced a wide range of pieces, from short humor segments, to two-way interviews, to lengthy investigative stories.

Producing shows for To the Best of Our Knowledge, a nationally distributed program about big ideas. Production task included: developing show topics, researching diverse themes, selecting guests, conducting interviews, preparing interviewers, editing audio, script writing, scoring, producing series. On air, I was an interviewer and the fill-in host of the program. In an editorial role, I ran freelancers, edited colleagues'​ stories, commissioned original music, and managed the program's web presence.
