CurrentMain responsibilities:• Work closely with hiring managers (Titans) to understand CTW’s staffing needs;• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their soft skills, experience, and cultural fit;• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, and offer negotiation;• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform recruitment strategies;• Partner with internal teams to enhance employer branding and attract top IT talent;• Maintain accurate candidate and job data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) for analytics purposes;• Provide good candidate experiences to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive outcomes;• Collaborate with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed to support hiring initiatives.As a contributor of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Process, I'm also responsible for:• Coordination and management of relationships with multiple stakeholders for DE&I projects related to CTW's Recruitment Process;• Ensure the delivery and drive of the DE&I strategy, ensuring that established objectives and targets are met;• Support the Neurodiversity Program in partnership with Critical Software, NOS and Specialisterne.
