Current- Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers (Titans) to understand CTW’s staffing needs;
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their soft skills, experience, and cultural fit;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, and offer negotiation;
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform recruitment strategies;
- Partner with internal teams to enhance employer branding and attract top IT talent;
