Designing policies, planning, budgeting and implementation of CSR Initiatives. Handling multiple companies' CSR in sectors of health, education and infrastructure development with Empower Tamizhagam, Chennai. Devised strategic implementation of scholarship programs for poor children in the undeveloped areas of Cuddalore district, Tamil Nadu. I have also worked extensively on government policy research that impacts the lives, livelihood and liberty of people. Have worked on developing and sustaining relations with relevant government, industry, local and international stakeholders.
