I also apply my research expertise, which I developed as a background investigative researcher at PreTrax, Inc., to verify information, gather evidence, and resolve disputes. Before joining PreTrax, I was a marketing intern at Montefiore, where I learned how to use Canva and social media to create and distribute engaging content I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service, finding fair and efficient solutions, and contributing to the success of my team and company.
