Responsible for all the Creative VM elements across Childrenswear. Approve floor plans for new store openings and help with shopfit design for new stores. Opening new stores, from fully merchandising to implenting the VM elements. Recently the New Concept Watford store.Setting the VM guidelines for stores to follow along with mannequin styling and how to set up a department for Childrenswear & MenswearApproving new brands shop fit, working with a variety of brands getting them into our stores from design all the way through to installation.Constantly coming up with new concepts and ideas.

Assisting in the re-opening of the 311 flagship store.Dressing and styling mannequins for all floors, using our ownideas and being creative with our styling.Involved with helping design layouts for floors.Having our own input for helping to decide ideas for future campaigns and styling for these campaigns.

Dressing and styling mannequins on a daily bssis. Implementing window displays, following guidlines and improvising where necessary.Working to tight deadlines to implement each season phase change.Working mainly individually and as part of a team to ensure store standards are met every day.Assisting in the refurbishment and development of the store. Merchandising stock and assist the staff with wall profiles.
