-Attend weekly staff meetings to ensure open lines of communication throughout all employees-Quickly and effectively handle all billing disputes and guest complaints-Exceptional ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers-Responsible for cross-training employees in most restaurant and front of house positions

- Manage and coordinate 8 class periods a day while teaching over 900 students per week- Prepare and administer weekly quizzes/tests for all students- Maintain and check all paperwork; homework, quizzes, test, extra credit and daily class work- Recognize areas for improvement that can then provide an enhanced student experience- Troubleshoot student to student issues and solve for the betterment of all parties- Meet with parents and administrators to present information in an effort to improve student performance

My time at the brewery was spent gaining knowledge of the brewing process, and serving food and beer in the tap room of the brewery. My job was to be able to help customers decide on the best beer combination with the food we had to choose from in the tap room. I also worked behind the bar as a bartender and had to know which glass went with each beer and why they are put in the specific glasses. I got to work along side the event planner and help organize and plan events such as Little Rock beer fest, and the corn bread festival. I also got to work with the graphic designers and get feedback on my personal designs. Being one of the first brewery’s in Little Rock, the job was very demanding in order to stay on top.

During my time with United Way I was put in charge of planning and organizing an event. I decided to put on a 5k, to rise money and awareness for childhood obesity. With advisement from the staff I was in charge of the entire event, from finding sponsors, designing fliers, t-shirt design, and registering the event through all the appropriate organizations. I managed to find 10 sponsors, and raise over 1000 dollars to donate to different elementary schools for sporting equipment. This internship taught me the value of organization, responsibility, and taught me how to plan and organize a successful event.
