Working in partnership with TFL and Barnet and Southgate College in The Steps Into Work programme, I manage a caseload of 11 students, focusing on supporting them to successfully settle into their work environment and providing them with opportunities to increase their confidence and develop their employability and soft skills, including communication, building relationships, time management and interview skills.

Working in a Traineeship programme, I delivered pre-employment workshops and job coached people with learning disabilities and /or autism to help them improve their skills and confidence to get a paid job. I also liaised with diverse employers and stakeholders to set up possible work placements and recruit new learners for the programme.
