Regardless of official title, at their core many of my consultant/freelance jobs require strong administrative and/or project coordinator skills with the ability to communicate clearly and to solve problems quickly and calmly.

Co-founded comedy production and performance company. Oversaw financial management, merchandise sales, maintained databases and assisted with product development. Coordinated successful and on-time delivery of Kickstarter products and rewards. Assisted with research and implementation of marketing strategies for shows and merchandise. Managed box office/visitor services.

Oversaw daily operations at the James J. Hill House, a 36,000 square-foot multiple-use historic house museum. Managed the daily tour program, developed and implemented special events, hired, trained, and directly supervised tour guides and volunteers, oversaw visitor services, booked rental events (dinners, concerts, meetings, film/photo shoots), developed educational programs and exhibits, wrote and edited online content (website & social media), wrote training materials, worked with historic and modern photographs, led implementation of new technologies.
