This plan supported staff motivation and happiness so much so that the process was adopted across the organization.-Oversaw a reorganization of the department to build capacity of our programming. Through this transition, I unified the department around a new strategic vision and communally built team culture. Three months after this transition, staff rated me a 4.7 out of 5 on effectiveness as a departmental leader and rated our department’s culture a 4.5 out of 5. -Developed and spearheaded process for continuous quality program improvement and prioritized this within my department’s culture. As a result the percentage of schools that were meeting program attendance standards increased by 28% and roster sizes increased by 18%.-Led the development and launch of remote programming for middle school students when school’s closed because of COVID-19. As a result, we engaged over 40% of those students in virtual learning compared to peer organizations who were only able to engage 5 to 15% of their students during this same time period. -Developed and implemented the first 3-year strategic plan for the Continuum of Programming department.-Managed $1.2 million department budget.
