Collaborative environment where creative, copy and brand came together in one cohesive layout. Yard signs, digital ads (in all the sizes), website and landing pages, print brochures, social and blog posts, infographics and sales flyers were just a handful of projects. Supported agents, Corporate HQ with Powerpoint presentations and promotional materials for special events. Work collaboratively with Marketing Manager and senior leadership to plan marketing materials for a new retail concept store, ON. Marketing pieces include rack cards, credit and gift cards, individual business cards and name badges for 12+ employees which included a QR code customized to each employee. On going point-of-purchase signage, window display, banners and newsprint ads. Work with high profile vendors such as Sony, Apple, Samsung, and Verizon to gather imagery, product information and layout approval while building as a team a 100 page catalog. Personal page count for the catalog was 35 in addition to proofing and ensuring design continuity. Multi-task between the three companies projects while completing projects on time. Request print estimates and submit for management approval. Manage and update daily tasks and projects through Basecamp, a project management system, iCal and email. Distribute final print projects to Vann's six retail stores and maintain open communication at the retail associate team level. Ascertain sales floor needs and fullfill requests for POP.
