Attorney-at-law with experience from both in-house and private practise positions specialised in the legal aspects of marketing, communication and product development including trademarks, design, copyright and unfair marketing law. I regularly participate in due diligence projects and I also advise clients on legal issues relating to ownership and commercialisation of intellectual property rights including negotiating and drafting related agreements. I have extensive experience in trademark and design prosecution worldwide, investigating and assessing infringements with regard to intellectual property rights as well as advising clients on marketing campaigns. I am an active member of MARQUES designs team and a frequent and appreciated lecturer within my areas of expertise.
