An integral part of a client care team, I assist estate planning and elder law firms develop digital marketing programs and custom-SEO enhanced content through the creation of websites and webinar marketing funnels. Directly serving clients with done-for-you services, I write and publish blog articles, email campaigns, social posts, and press releases. Working closely with the client coach and designer, I gather information from clients to set up several of their primary applications including the webinar hosting platform, scheduling calendar, CRM, and local SEO configuration through WordPress websites. I ensure that our team meets deadlines by creating and monitoring task deadlines, and I provide client training on the use of their new applications especially the CRM applications HighLevel and Lawmatics. My background in higher education provides me with the ability to quickly learn and train others on new platforms.
