Hey there! I'm Sara Silva. Welcome to my profile!I'm a twenty-something year old woman, in the beginning of her career. Therefore, I'm passionate about career development in general and I'm eager to learn more and more and get myself out of my comfort zone, in order to grow as a professional and as a person. I also like to register my learnings and my doubts on career management. You will find, on my LinkedIn posts, that I tend to have more questions than answers though 🧐Currently, I'm working as a Business Analyst at Continental, which is giving me the opportunity to leverage my knowledge on Project Management, Data Visualization tools and, of course, is enabling me to develop my soft skills. I'm also learning how to translate operational data into storytelling, given my previous experience as a Controller.In my free time, you will find me doing some exercise (that helps me develop my resilience and I tend to transpose that to other areas of my life, as well).
