• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project execution plan (PEP). Reviewing Project ID drawings and specifications to prepare to submit Material samples.• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team and coordinate with Civil & MEP and drafting team for Shop drawing approvals.• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.• Coordinating with Estimation and Cost Control dept. for any project cost variations.• Preparing Material submittals with samples as per the Project specifications for consultant and client approvals.• Preparing Procurement of approved material order and follow-up with Procurement team reporting to project manager regarding project status and issues.• Ensured that the contractor’s representatives were qualified to perform work on project.• Attends the weekly progress meetings with the internal team and with clients and consultants.• Preparing Procurement Logs, Material Logs, and Material submittals.• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative for material approvals, MIR and WIR inspections and meeting about Progress of work and quality problems.• Conduct weekly meetings with suppliers and sub-contractors regarding work progress. • Maintain all records of Work inspection requests (WIR), Work information requests, Approval material submittals, non-compliance reports and closure of NCR.

● Monitor Performance of Contractor and sub-contractor work execution during the Construction phase and identify, raise any quality concerns with the Project Manager. ● Reviewing Project drawings and specifications and coordinate with Civil, MEP team. ● Conducting quality control activities and inspection programs● Checking the BOQ of Steel Reinforcement.● Reviewed and approved subcontractor’s bills and invoices.● Conducting meetings with Contractor and sub-contractor regarding quality issues and raising NCR for a quality deviation.● Preparing Project execution plan for every activity and conducting tool box meeting with engineers before starting every activity. ● Provide technical information to project team and sub-contractors to ensure the project complies with engineering standards, codes and specifications.

● Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.● Study of the related documents such as drawings, Electrical drawings, plans etc.,● Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress & evaluating as per the planned schedules.● Maintaining quality standards for all structural and finishing works.● Preparation of bar bending schedule, B.O.Q’s, sub-contractor bills.

 Earth excavation as per levels given in drawing. Column marking using theodolite. Preparing Bar bending schedule  Preparing checklist and pore cards before work starts. Checking reinforcement and shutting details before concreting, fresh concrete workability testing. Preparing weekly and submitting Sub contractor bills
