Client: Stellantis Former FCA Setting HIL test bench as per the requirement and Handling US and India Projects. Creating Signal List for Scalexio full range simulator test bench. Scope Analysis using vehicle Architecture and Preparing Signal list, IO list, integrated wiring list and bench layout. Commissioning body, chassis, VHIL test benches. Tools & technologies used Dspace full range PHS and Scalexio simulator, Control desk, configuration desk, FIU, MATLAB Simulink. Hands on experience in dSPACE HIL SW ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, RTI- Blockset, IO Blockset, RTMAPS, Automotive BUS communication Tools (CAN BUS, CAN FD, Ethernet, FLEXRAY, LIN). Trouble shooting simulator from board level and diagnostic using Dspace signal list.

- Providing technical support on dSPACE Hardware & Software Tools IO Boards, processing Unit, Scalexio, Scalexio LabBox, Sclexio AutoBox, Automotive Ethernet Boards, CAN communication.- Good hands on experience in dSPACE HW Tools MicroLabBox, Scalexio HW, IO Boards, DS1104.- Good hands on experience in dSPACE SW Tools Control Desk, Configuration Desk. - Model base designing in MATLAB Simulink

- Experience in providing technical support in Hardware in Loop Testing, RF & Microwave, High Power supplies and EMC/EMI.- Provide technical demonstration on instrument usages based on testing standard for both internal staffs and customers- Travel to the client location and enquire about their applications for executing our products as per customer’s requirements- Handle software and hardware installation for instruments. Troubleshoot both hardware & software related issue from customers- Hands on experience in RF instrument like Spectrum Analysers, Signal Generators, VSG, Vector Network Analyser for RF Board level validation- Hands on experience in Power Integrity instrument like Bode analyser, Impedance analyser, Oscilloscope for applications (Gain-Phase stability, Impedance, DC/DC converter, SMPS)- Hands on experience in Programmable high power supplies like Regenrative AC source,Regenerative DC source, DC electronic loads, DC/DC converter for E-mobility and Integrating DC power supply with HIL system. - Hands on experience in dSPACE hardware and software Tools, IO boards like MicroLabBox, AutoBox, SCALEXIO for HIL System, CAN protocol. - Experience in Antennas, Cable harness, Filters & component-level testing & validation- Assisted in the preparation of technical datasheet, application note & test report- Experience in instrument calibration for Factory level adjustment and generate reports- Experience in validating E-Vehicle on-board charging & battery testing, Vehicle-in grid, Charging station & E-mobility and Solar Array Application- Worked in Battery simulator, Grid simulator and Solar array simulator for automotive application- Hands on experience in HIL tools like dSPACE ConfigurationDesk, ControlDesk, RTI-Blockset (Simulink). - Technically supporting the sales team for tender, ITQ preparation & bid submission
