Office Manager
Current- Initiated and rebuilt the office environment, safety measures, organization and cleanliness by implementing new standards of operations, such as, creating an SDS binder, fire drill maps, written documentation of new procedures, building an inventory management system, and updating protocols on outdated information.- Manage daily operations such as maintaining the office environment, answering voicemails, sorting mail, coordination and communication with various departments on business needs that impact employee experience and internal operations.- Own relationships with stakeholders including building management, cleaning crews, and all other vendors.- Own relationship with security and IT team to oversee office security, safety compliance, and providing employee office access.- Greet and manage visitors by setting up their visit with success and providing hospitality.- Own and manage budgets for employee experience and office purchasing while also working closely with the accounting team on financial needs for cross-functional purposes.- Gather employee feedback on office experience and implement improvements.- Plan and execute cultural events in the office, and large scale company-wide initiatives for employee experience.- Assist in the operations of employee resource groups and blended work environment initiatives.- Executive Administrative support to the CXO team by executing ad-hoc projects with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and provide comprehensive travel support, ensuring - seamless experiences.- Support the facilitation of key meeting preparations, including agenda creation, communication, material gathering.- Coordinate logistics for executive leadership team meetings, including travel, venues, and catering.- Hold executives accountable to SLA standards for commitments and communications.
