● System administration and Email administration.● Database administration.● Hard disk data recovery.● Managing windows server 2012 R2.● Installation and troubleshooting Windows OS and Network components.● Solving network issues, hardware and software issues.● Solving problems of computer peripherals/components such as printers, scanners, PDT, attendance device, POS machines etc.● Administrating and monitoring performance of LAN/WAN network using remote connection tools.● Assembling, upgrading and maintenance of database.● Inventory controlling and report making.

● Conducting and coordinating training sessions.● Install and support PC ,laptop and mobile hardware and software.● Undertake internal troubleshooting of all IT issues relating to software, hardware and network connectivity.● Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.● Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal team.● Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
