• Define & address non-functional requirements and SLAs[Non functional bench marks] during Architecture and design stages.• Capture and document project/product Architecture - system architecture, logical architecture, conceptual architecture and deployment architecture.• Conceptualize solution, develop proof of concepts, prototypes that helps in preliminary understanding of complexity involved in developing a solution. • Define implementation and execution strategies like exception management strategy, caching strategy, performance and scalability strategies, deployment build and release strategy, usability strategy etc.,• Define solution structure, identify dependency between modules and define re-usable modules / components within the project.• Mentor project team to follow best practices during project execution and closely monitor the same.
