Program implementation throughout India, and may other teams and offices be requiring prototype security program support across the Asia Pacific Region.Focused on India business activities to ensure consistent security programs are provided and implemented to all of Client’s prototype device users.Responsible for Contract Manufacturer security, audits, BETA/Trials security support, Intellectual Property protection, supply chain security, investigating prototype device losses and policy violations to ensure prototype devices are recovered and handled per client policy, security risk management, and security awarenessDevelop, track, and maintain reporting of investigation cases and other metric tracking data.Assisting in conducting program security evaluations and Investigations related to physical security needs, Intellectual Property risk, supply chain security risk, and unique programmatic needsWork closely with engineering, operations and supply chain teams for our key manufacturing partners to ensure that proper security protections are in place for clients prototype devicesConducting written and verbal investigations related to threats originating from internal incidents and issues such as theft, insider threat, and violation of company policy, as well as external sources outside the companyManaging a significant case and task load under tight, shifting deadlines.Managing and escalate high-priority cases and leaks through the appropriate channels.

Responsibilities :Drives the coordinated management of large, complex programs over a finite period of time in order to achieve specific business goals. Ensures the timely delivery of business value and the efficient use of organizational resources.Partners with Business and Technology leadership to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose and expected business benefits of a project.Ensures measurable KPIs are defined and aligned to company goals and objectives.Works across organizational boundaries to define program interdependencies and release plans.Partners closely with Product Owners, Product Development teams to execute and deliver projects on time aligning to product vision and program goals, objectives and timelines. Facilitates executive-level escalations and Project -level change management.Monitors health of Project level delivery. Tracks project -level status, risks, issues and dependencies. Proactively addresses delivery team impediments. Resolves project -level roadblocks to enable successful project execution.Manages project-level communications ensuring stakeholders are informed of roadmap changes, release plans and delivery status.Work along side our software development team to help design new features and improvements. Assist users with technical questions about our distribution tool or policies. Collaborate with device distributors in other Amazon offices. Maintain communication with the factory and escalate issues when necessary. Leads project -level reviews with delivery teams, stakeholders and executive management as required.Drives the integration and adoption of agile delivery practices across delivery teams.Covers key management roles as needed to ensure the success of project delivery efforts.

Project Engagements: Responsible for Project management of complex implementation and deliveryprojects through their Lifecycle. Lead, schedule and monitor Project Management activities for all customer Deliveriesas a Single Point Contact. Being as an interface between Customer and Operations& ensuring smooth communication flow between all parties. Interacting with relevant Cross-functional teams and customer for respectivedependencies baked into Project Plans and Program Manages with customers,until commissioning of orders.NPI & Costing Engagements: Coordinating with NPI team during Prototyping to till converting as a MassProduction and ensuring timely claim for all the NRE items and trial, proto expensesduring the NPI stage. Define timelines and scope of project. Execute projects on a cross functional andregional basis within the Allocated Costs, Defined Scope & Timelines.Planning Engagements : Integrates Material Resource Planning with project schedule and definingProcurement activities and order lead times. Planning & Ensuring Production Process Requirements, Specification are made like aFlow, Equipment’s, Special Requirements, Test Requirements. Plan & Monitoring Critical Milestones of project outcomes and Customer requestedtimelines.Project Review & Meeting Engagements: Conducting Periodic Updates and Reviews to ensure project stays on track anddelays are managed to ensure appropriate jeopardy and risk management. Drive mitigation of delivery issues and timelines through effective EscalationManagement with senior management where necessary. Issues Progress reports, Program updates and productivity data on a regular basis andas requested by Customers through Meetings. Drive clearance of dependencies through discussions with customers. Review the Progress and Margins of projects on a periodic basis and ensure fasterrevenue realization through appropriate prioritization of orders.

Sales Engagement·  Responsible for meeting sales & delivery targets for assigned Plant engineering solutions & services for Global customers. · Generate & Qualify leads· Develop prospect lists & create customer data base.· Maintain active funnel to satisfy sales targets.· Conduct daily meetings internally with the Cross functional team.·  Customer Engagements: Mapping the Customer Profile, Analyze & Identify Business Needs and Create an Opportunity, Building relationship, Customer Visits.·  Enquiry generation, Co-ordination with Tech. Support on Technical requirements etc, Efforts Estimation, Resources Identification ,Techno- Commercial Proposals etc..·  Lead in participating negotiations with qualified key account/opportunities·  Closing orders, Risk Analysis in a project.·  Handing over Projects to Projects delivery team·   Monitoring the execution of Projects.·   Co-ordination with Customers and Projects team while Project Execution.·  Project Closure within the specified project schedule·   Payment Follow-up and Collections·  Identifying & Participating in International Exhibition- Plant Engineering ServicesOrder Management·   Prepare Costing Sheets and Technical and Commercial Proposal/Quotations; determine compliance with required profit Coordinate with Management on pricing and delivery commitment.· Attend bidding and final negotiations with customers, as needed.· Order Booking to SAP: Order loading to Project - Review Technical Checklist, Commercial Checklist, Price Break up Sheet and other sales booking documents.. Monitor order status with the Commercial Operations-Inside Sales unit to ensure that customer delivery commitment is met.
