 Handling various projects of this maintenance training school with primary function of obtaining the Part 147 approval from DCA – Malaysia.  Aliasing with officials from Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia, Ministry of Higher Education and Examinations Unit of Malaysian Government in regards of contracts that APFT – MT conducts training courses on behalf. Preparation of Business & Technical Proposals for various tenders and companies to generate revenue.

Spearheading the EASA modular training and teaching all relevant subjects.•Ensuring theoretical and technical knowledge delivered by staff is at par and is of high standards whilst complying with the required teaching hours.•To implement new teaching methodologies and techniques that is easily understood by students.•Update and organize course syllabus whilst creating and auditing examination questions for the institution.•Assisting in conducting EASA examinations and marking of the papers along with Air-Tech Bildung QA manager.•Alias closely with Air-Tech Bildung and Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia in creating the MTOE to be same in standards and format and obtaining the Approved Training Organization status for the company.•Handled basic aircraft classes of every subject and completed in creating sufficient teaching aids such as notes and presentations for subjects undertaken.•Studied & passed all 13 modules required for B1.1 license papers as part of knowledge progression.•Created examination modules for various aircraft subjects and handled marking of student scripts.•Handled and graced through the LBA-Germany – System & Product audits in maintaining ATC to be an approved EASA 147 training center. •Successfully carried out sales for EASA examinations of almost 100 candidates with over 450 module papers.

 Working as the Quality Assurance Manager for the aircraft department and lecturing various aircraft related subjects. Advise Head of Department and oversee courses delivered are of standards. To implement new teaching methodologies and techniques that is easily understood by students. Update and organize course syllabus whilst creating and auditing examination questions for the institution. Assisting in creating quality educational references and teaching aids by standardising student course notes and presentation slides. Alias closely with Human Resources and Department of Civil Aviation in creating the MTOE to be at par in standards and formats and attaining the Approved Training Organization status for TAFE college. Handled 18 to 22 hours weekly of basic aircraft classes every semester and completed in creating sufficient teaching aids such as notes and presentations for subjects undertaken. Created examination modules for various aircraft subjects and handled marking of student scripts as well. Typed student course notes that is easily comprehendible and of high standards. Audited and corrected the Maintenance Training Organisation Exposition for TAFE’s 1st submission to DCA-Malaysia. Successfully aligned aircraft subjects to be in accordance to EASA Part 66 syllabus by doing course reviews. Handled and graced through the LBA-Germany – System & Product audits. Worked closely with Air-Tech Bildung of Germany and successfully carried out EASA modular examinations conducted at TAFE

– SKYPARK Terminal, Subang •Worked as shift Controller in Maintenance Control Centre and handled all immediate defect reporting, problem handling and solving from captains & aliased closely with engineering for rectification means. •Processed and keyed in MR1 & MR2 forms, answered & responded to captain’s concerns in regards to MEL, alleviated delicate situations with professionalism and sensitivity in order to accommodate flight operations and assure company reputation & revenue is not affected as well. •Assist in creating and upholding the integrity of company safety and quality by being a part of Quality Assurance in the Safety Management System section.•Alias closely with Malaysia Airlines Safety, Health & Environment department to ensure Firefly is at par in standards and formats. •Assisted in Quality Assurance departmental report and case solving issues.•To prepare training notes and presentations and be a trainer for company related courses.•Handled flight management and aircraft arrangements in accordance to engineering and flight operation’s need swiftly•Received certificate of acknowledgement for successfully passing the Basic Training Methodology for Instructor course by CIAST (Centre for Instructor and Advanced Skill Training) & Investigator Training course by MAS.
