ROYAL ENFILED.Responsibility of the position:- Daily reporting to AGM- plant head- Daily shop floor review of production performance and ensuring KPI’s are met cycle time, safety, hygiene and work standard and having the action place in place for the gap.- Monthly safety audit and weekly review with the team to ensure 100%.- Monitoring and improving OEE on critical machines- Identifying the gaps in Operator Efficiency, Performance and initiate actions to improve and achieve OEE- Complete adherence on Jit level takt time in shop floor.- Adherence of Takt time by frequent monitoring on status.- Monitoring and improving the labor efficiency to improve productivity.- Coordinating with cross functional team to meet customer demand.- Improving 5S on shop floor through monthly audits.- Undertaking and managing continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve efficiency and cost savings.- Customer communications and frequent reviews as per requirement.- Ensuring the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.Key Achievement:- Overall handling 35 man power each shift- 12 manpower saved by eliminating NVA and line balancing -20 lakhs cost saving.- Productivity improvement mudguard - front & rear component.(1200 Nos to 2600 Nos fully automation)
