Manage the development and industrial production of several projects for different car manufacturers (RSA/PSA/FORD/VOLVO…) of fuel, oil & air filtration systems. Make the regular follow-up of production cost, financial investments, product costs in close cooperation with Purchasing, Central Controlling Department and the Industrial division. Ensure the monitoring of the project progress schedule, lead the project reviews and present the different project milestones in Steering Committee. Responsible of the technical development, identify the different potential risks and implement corrective actions plans to guarantee the schedule and global project profitability. Ensure the project convergence between the different stakeholders: Customers, Purchasing and Controlling department, Suppliers, Technical and Industrial division and Quality department.
