Our specialty is how we integrate the use of traditional human connection with our well-designed processes and modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.Of the myriad of solutions we have successfully employed over the years, the following are areas of need that have appeared most often: Placements for hard to fill positions, volume hiring, regular staff augmentation, candidate sourcing to support in-house recruiters, global requirements, talent market intelligence gathering, and organizational talent mapping.Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing US recruitment & sourcing projects• Communicate with clients on a day-to-day/weekly basis on production metrics, candidate feedback, requirement gathering etc.• Plan and develop sourcing and recruitment strategies based on current market knowledge, extensive network and existing internal programs• Partner with external and internal clients to identify effective sourcing strategies to present qualified candidates• Manage recruitment activities of the team and ensuring achievement of KPIs• Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and drive continuous process improvement
