Our specialty is how we integrate the use of traditional human connection with our well-designed processes and modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.Of the myriad of solutions we have successfully employed over the years, the following are areas of need that have appeared most often: Placements for hard to fill positions, volume hiring, regular staff augmentation, candidate sourcing to support in-house recruiters, global requirements, talent market intelligence gathering, and organizational talent mapping.Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing US recruitment & sourcing projects• Communicate with clients on a day-to-day/weekly basis on production metrics, candidate feedback, requirement gathering etc.• Plan and develop sourcing and recruitment strategies based on current market knowledge, extensive network and existing internal programs• Partner with external and internal clients to identify effective sourcing strategies to present qualified candidates• Manage recruitment activities of the team and ensuring achievement of KPIs• Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and drive continuous process improvement

• Responsible for managing the recruitment team (US)• Communicate with clients on a day-to-day / weekly basis on production metrics, candidate feedback, requirement gathering etc.• Plan and develop sourcing and recruitment strategies based on current market knowledge, extensive network and existing internal programs• Partner with external and internal clients to identify effective sourcing strategies with the objective on presenting qualified candidates for job openings• Manage recruitment activities of the team ensuring achievement of KPIs• Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and drive continuous process improvement

• Primarily responsible for carrying out quality audits of candidates screened and submitted for job requirements, market research reports and production reports • Ensure all outbound deliverables are met per the quality standards and parameters• Quality audit calls and research activities of the team • Provide feedback, mentor and coach resources on web research and recruitment activities• Conduct certifications for web researchers & recruiters• Conduct continuous learning process sessions• Work closely with process trainer to enable effective training and coaching of recruiters and web researchers

• Directly source and screen candidates, identify leads through networking, referrals, job boards (Monster, Career Builder, & Indeed), and professional and social networking websites (LinkedIn, Facebook, AngelList, Xing, etc.)• Worked on recruiting candidates for IT & Non-IT positions. • Worked on market research, talent projection and talent mapping activities like preparing organization chart• Job ads, online job posting on different job boards• Lead generation: Identify information on companies like contact name, address, phone numbers, emails, websites, employee size and revenue details through web and phone research
