My journey began as a dedicated Physician Assistant, where I quickly distinguished myself through my diagnostic acumen, procedural expertise, and commitment to providing compassionate care. Over time, I transitioned into leadership roles, rising through the ranks to become Co-Chief at ReadyMED, a role in which I've been able to leverage my clinical background and strategic vision to drive meaningful improvements, and most recently the Chair of Same Day Services for Optum MA.
