1) To perform physical & chemical analysis required for raw material analysis.2) To undertake work related to specification development of current batch product & perform test of incoming materials & products.3) Implementing pertinent Procedures and instruction of the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO- 9001 and Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO-14001 to ensure compliance to quality Policy of the Organization.4) Maintenance Surveillance for cGMP & GLP compliance to those areas undertaking manufacturing and testing.5) Being trained on job with in-house expert for handling sophisticated analytical equipments and gained working experience to handle equipments like HPLC(Shimadzu Model LC-10AT VP ver. 6.1 &LC-20AT VP, Shimadzu Model LC-2010 & Waters 484 & M 2487 model),IR Spectrophotometer(Buck Scientific 500), FTIR spectrophotometer (Shimadzu Model-IR Prestige-21), Atomic Absorption spectrophotometer (Shimadzu Model UV-1601PC), UV-Visible Spectrophotometer (Shimadzu Model UV-1601PC), Potentiometric Titrator (Metrohm) Karl Fischer Titrator, pH meter, Viscometer, Refractometer, Polarometer, Dissolution tester etc.6) Updating all documents i.e. Specification, Analytical Methods, Product manuals, Product files, Annexure, Procedures and instructions. Planning of daily works and keeping own records.
