•Responsible for the investigation and negotiating property claims, conducting telephone investigation to obtain loss details for several types of claims ( verious type of water damage claims , wind, hail, theft, falling object, vehicle impact, wildfire also process Condo claims for all provinces except QC •Review different policies & endorsements , homeowner comp policy, broad homeowner policy, basic homeowner policy, tenant policy, fire & extended policy, rented dwelling policy, Condo policy , sewer back up endorsement, overland water endorsement, roof and siding limitation endorsement, service line endorsement.• Review policy term, conditions, clauses, definitions, extensions, exclusions, covered perils, ETC • Determine coverage based on information from insureds, vendors, and subject matter experts .•Maintain file notes, reserves, payments. •Maintain claim turnaround time .•Maintain communication with the insured throughout the claim life cycle.•Key role in relationship management with clients as well as internal and external service providers.•Maintain claim accuracy with zero leakage
