Sarthak is currently working as a consultant aligned with the human capital arm of Mergers and acquisitions practice of Deloitte. He previously was a part of the Human Resource Leadership Program, a Group HR manager at WNS Global Services. He is a versatile and easy-going person with a talent for quick learning.He worked as an HRBP for IT and Finance vertical in the first stint and acted as a strategic advisor and facilitator to businesses, aligned HR practices with company goals and ensured improved employee engagement and talent development. In the second stint he is working as a compensation and benefits manager. He is currently designing, managing, and administering employee pay and benefit programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent as per the company objectives as well as meet compliances.During his summer internship at ICICI, he revamped the campus engagement activities and created an SOP and KT mechanism for the Campus recruitment team. He also implemented technological interventions in the TA practices.In addition to this, he has interned at BuziBrains, Phoenix, and Rupee Makers. During these internships, he was responsible for JD restructuring, sourcing, TA, talent management, EVP development, and talent attraction & retention strategy development.Throughout his education, he has held several positions of responsibility. He was a Senior member of Delphique (an event organizing committee) and Samaritans (a social initiative committee), Organizing Head of the Entrepreneurship Cell, a volunteer in LFT (in collaboration with the US Embassy), a Student Council member in school, etc.Sarthak enjoys participating in a wide range of activities. He was a Flipkart wired semi-finalist twice, secured a place in the Pepsico top 25 national teams, won football GIFA and zonal competitions, also won drama music and Frisbee competitions.
