Inspect product in-process and/or final inspection ensuring they meet quality standards.Identifies product defects and makes pass/fail decisions.Perform precision dimension, hole size and thickness inspections of incoming products using basic inspection tools including calipers, depth gauges, micrometers and pin gauges.Determines Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) program requirements based on design and engineering requirements based on blue prints and engineering drawings.Create inspection programs for CMM devices that measures circuit board physical characteristics such as dimensions and other geometrical qualities.Assist with packing and shipping- as needed.

Ensure worldwide delivered products meet high company quality standards.Prepare Internal Daily and summarize Monthly Quality Assurance Reports.Pre-production - check Job Order specifications, artwork, and product references.Qualify output of machines and other tools prior to implementing full production.Quality inspect deliverables being produced on the shop floor.Scan the final products to be posted on Product Viewer System.Establish and implement Qualification/QC procedures standards on items per section.Conduct evaluation on procedures and materials on items with critical quality issues.Classify return items errors for Quality Assurance Reports and invoicing.Monitor return items’ status with highest priority investigating products’ rejection causes.Keep a directory of product picture and references per item.Supervise, evaluate and monitor performance of QC Inspectors.Conduct new hire Quality Orientation, and meetings with Technical Specialists/Section Heads.

Provide planning, profitability and pricing analysis for ordered items and assist in cost-reduction initiatives.Receive job order for local and export from Sales Coordinator.Assign product numbers to purchase orders to databases.Perform, update and prepare product costing for quotation for local and export orders.Compute and send piece-rate output reports to payroll in-charge.

Responsible for development and implementation of required Production line processes and skills.Conduct elemental motion and time study, and evaluations for special processes.Follow up new molds for new products monitoring output recommending improvement methodology.Audit and check procedures for first in first out (FIFO) items.Set procedures and elemental processing standards while assessing updating employee skills inventory.Assist production development solutions relative to process flow.

Prepare systems’ machine layouts for Operation Breakdown for styles or purchase orders.Review efficiency reports analyzing for payroll reductions, incentives per cell, and piece rates. Conduct time studies, establishing quotas for sewing production output and efficiency, and recommend best methodology for improvement based on IE concepts. Analyze data results from Quality Control, RFT, E-Room, Lean Report, and MLT Report.

Study the construction of all the samples received for garment development in accordance to the bill of materials (BOM) of the buyer. Coordinate for the sewing technicalities. Monitor the production lines to ensure they follow sewing constructions as stated in the operations breakdown declared by the IE department.

Monitor and check of the loading/cutting plans, Daily Cutting/Embroidery-Printing Schedule, Loading/ Embroidery-Printing status and other section heads’ prepared reports.Coordinate with other PPIC Department Heads: Warehouse-Communication/Logistics-Schedule and Supply Coordinator for the cutting and loading status/daily activity.

Conducts Time Study on Garment Manufacturing and establishes Time Standards through application of preferred formulas of work measurement as bases of factory’s schedule, machine requirements, and workers’ wage incentives.

Update schedules of all work centers at middle and last processing stages every week by considering the priorities of shipments, status of requirements and output targets. Execute post production reviews by work centers.
