Worked on a complex transformation programme within the IT branch, impacting 300+ people. This involved application cloud migration, standing up an IT operations centre, introducing a new ITSM tool, in conjunction with a new operating model.Responsibilities included drafting communications, creating support material, consultation planning, briefing sessions, and transition support for impacted staff. Also managed project reports, schedules, budgets and resources. Held regular updates with CIO and C-Suite executives, and was key liaison point between Integrated Team (NZDF & KPMG).Separately, was requested to analyse all enterprise wide technology changes and projects to present a heat map for the CIO to prioritise and set the yearly strategy and budget.
