This was a 6-month, full time rotation, over the course of which, I took an idea from its initial proposal to an efficient and well-functioning program. All HEs, regardless of division, complete the same week 1 curriculum, assisting in establishing a shared HE experience from the start. 2. The establishment of an exceptional team of Division Onboaders (DOs), that help all new HEs feel supported and receive comprehensive feedback throughout their onboarding process, setting them up for success in their HE journey.3. A data-driven survey process that will allow us to accurately measure the success of our onboarding program, and continue to improve it based on HE and lead feedback.4. The successful shepherding of 48 HEs through the onboarding program since March 22, 2021, with 18 still actively in progress and more joining the program every two weeks.
