Currently overseeing 14 customer support teams for WordPess.com, mentoring and coaching team leads while also coordinating and driving division-wide initiatives.

Responsible for building and implementing a new onboarding program for the entire Happiness (customer support) division, including WordPress.com, WooCommerce, Jetpack, and Tumblr. This was a 6-month, full time rotation, over the course of which, I took an idea from its initial proposal to an efficient and well-functioning program. The primary accomplishments of this rotation are as follows:1. Creating a unified system of onboarding delivery through P2 templates and with the support of division onboarders. All HEs, regardless of division, complete the same week 1 curriculum, assisting in establishing a shared HE experience from the start. 2. The establishment of an exceptional team of Division Onboaders (DOs), that help all new HEs feel supported and receive comprehensive feedback throughout their onboarding process, setting them up for success in their HE journey.3. A data-driven survey process that will allow us to accurately measure the success of our onboarding program, and continue to improve it based on HE and lead feedback.4. The successful shepherding of 48 HEs through the onboarding program since March 22, 2021, with 18 still actively in progress and more joining the program every two weeks.

- Nurtured team members to develop confidence and increase engagement with guilds and division projects, as well as leadership. - Led the first iteration of the WordPress.com Customer Success Project; trained Happiness Engineers to match users with the best plans and products to accomplish their goals; generated over $140k in revenue from presales and upgrades. - Onboarded a new team member using monthly onboarding rubrics as a guide; assisted them in establishing clear boundaries around scope-of-support.- Established the Support Integrity Crew to create a clear process for addressing challenging/abusive users with minimal output from team members.- Consistently completed comprehensive performance reviews for all team members on, or ahead of, schedule.

- Led the G Suite guild as the newest guild member; oversaw the development of G Suite University.- Completed the lead cultivation course and attended Reboot Leadership Training.- Acted as temporary lead during team lead’s sabbatical and worked with HR on a Performance Improvement Plan for a team member.- Taught wellness workshops for Happiness on Zoom and in person for the company as an in-person class during the company-wide meetup. - Consistently maintained high quality and volume in core work.

- Developed thriving yoga and Thai yoga massage business with dedicated client base and partnerships with 3 yoga studios, 1 dance studio, and 1 high school- Designed therapeutic private sessions for each client’s specific needs (worked with over 100 clients) and taught group classes throughout Los Angeles

- Taught 4th-6th grades, all subjects, using rigorous K12 California online curriculum- Designed and implemented robust learner-centered educational experiences through creative projects and field trips

- Implemented volunteer reading program in 29 partner schools, working with literacy experts to train over 700 volunteers- Developed curricula for and presented at major annual events and literacy fairs- Managed in-office and special event volunteers
