I have been working within the investment industry for 25 years, with the last 3 being with Mercer’s Wealth business. During my career I have had the pleasure of working with some of the largest asset owners across pensions, insurance, private banking and wealth management in South Africa and IMETA. Currently, I am proud to be the Business Development leader for Mercer South Africa. We deliver to our clients global investments solutions, investment consulting advice and global employee benefit solutions in partnership with Alexander Forbes, South Africa. My career history demonstrates my outstanding networking, client acquisition and leadership skills as well as my reputation for being an effective implementer and integrator. I effectively manage and influence the relationship and outcomes between senior stakeholders and C-suite level leadership internally and externally. I have successfully delivered the business strategy in order to achieve revenue targets and implementation of the dashboard over the last 2 years at Mercer. Outside work I actively supported the One South Africa Movement during COVID19 which is involved in the supply of hand sanitizers and food parcels to poor and impoverished communities throughout South Africa. I also have a passion for wildlife and I support Rhino Connect which is a registered Non Profit Company that is pro-actively involved with projects that has real time conservation programs, who is in possession of white and black rhino populations on their conservancies and farms, protection zones and orphanages.I spend much of my spare time with family and travelling. I also enjoy cooking, hiking and practicing yoga.
