Sasi Kumar. S has completed his B.Tech Civil Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore and MBA (PGPIM) from Adani Institute of Infrastructure, Ahmedabad, India. He has 10 years of work experience in Government consulting domain and Industry experience in Infrastructure. He has been working with Government consulting after his completion of MBA and worked in the areas of Development of Industrial infrastructure through Cluster development approach, Multi Sector Promotion and Investment strategy, Ease of doing business reforms, setting up of Incubation center in Public Private Partnership, Feasibility studies, Entry market strategy, Industry analysis and Location assessment. He has sound understanding of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise(MSME’s) development with expertise in the areas of conduct of cluster and value-chain diagnostics, evolution and implementation of action plans including Public-private Partnership based projects across all sectors, entrepreneurship development and evolving industrial policy and schemes and implementation of industrial development program.He has worked with multiple State Government to examine the current policies, institutional and regulatory environment, regulatory interfaces, practices and processes for investors and businesses throughout the lifecycle of a business entity and identified key bottlenecks impacting the business/investment climate in the States.He has good domain knowledge across infrastructure sector and preparing technical and financial proposals.Prior to his MBA, he has a good 4 years industrial experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Management (EPC) for a large infrastructure project which is built in PPP basis. He is well expertise in the areas of project management, pre & post contract management, techno –commercial, planning, MIS reporting, project co-ordination and procurement.
