Responsible for maintaining contractor's database and customer complaints also managing three contractor's team and uploading all the progress of contractor's in SAP.Managing material requirement and sending requisition for getting material also determining the material availability in stores.Acting as an interface between contractor team and project for smooth coordination and timely feedback based on SAP. Handling database pertaining to contractors, customer's etc in SAP.Implementing and managing schemes & promotional activities as per senior's orders also maintaining data in excel and making MIS of that data.Providing information to all contractors regarding project areas and making the actual feedback from their work.
