 Present Working SAP Software. Working in the Navision ERP Package.  Attend and solve the problem related to Transport & Dispatches. Follow up with excise dept. for EVC (Export verification certificate) updating. Manage Labors shift wise as per requirement. Next day planning for dispatch, month target and men power handling and trucks. Handling dispatches related to excise activities like Export Permit, Transport Permit and maintaining liaison… Show more  Present Working SAP Software. Working in the Navision ERP Package.  Attend and solve the problem related to Transport & Dispatches. Follow up with excise dept. for EVC (Export verification certificate) updating. Manage Labors shift wise as per requirement. Next day planning for dispatch, month target and men power handling and trucks. Handling dispatches related to excise activities like Export Permit, Transport Permit and maintaining liaison with Excise Department for daily activities. Daily production stock tally with finished stock as per FG received on that day. EVC (Excise verification Certificate) follow up and claim on fortnightly basis and maintaining record in the Navision as well as manual record for excise. Maintaining monthly physical versus Navision books and tally the same with excise records. Monthly running stock takes after physical verification. Loading of Finished Goods independently. Responsible for guiding and controlling the logistics. Invoice generation from the Navision. Maintaining detail of Road permit form (Vat 47 & Vat49).  Inventory control with FIFO system. Daily Co-ordination with production team as per market requirements. Complete all formalities of Excise department, which is related to dispatch/bond. Stock reconciliation and stock maintenance brand and state wise. Co-ordination with marketing team to handle timely/safely delivery of finished goods. Managing warehouse functions. FL5, FL6 & GRA reporting. Truck tracking with drivers when they are in route. Manage Labors shift wise as per requirement. Any other duty assigned by Operation Manager.
