Human Resources Advisor
Current- Roles and Responsibilities:
- HR single point of contact in providing solid service and support to local employee lifecycle operations; like new hire onboarding, termination, country local insurance related matters.
- Ensure all HR process/service support are 100% compliance to local HR policies.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Identifies areas for process improvements; provides country-specific subject matter expertise and solutions.
- Works closely with HR Centers of Excellence and country HR to ensure implementation of the various initiatives and programs across the client groups.
