 Streamling Production of New model/varinats:• Tracking of new part development status with sourcing & Quality for Tooling readiness & PPAP activities.• Ensuring the readiness of inhouse aggregate production for Engines.• Co-ordinating and Completing the engine laydown, testing & PTS as per launch plan Preliminary analysis of facilities requirement & Bill of Materials:-• Identifying the requirement for capacity expansion and key facilities to ensure smooth implementation of the new product.• Identification and implementation of suitable Line balancing techniques to match with regular production cycle time.• Optimizing bottleneck process and minimizing the cycle time to improve the capacity. Responsible for process planning and manufacturing:• Manufacturing Engineering documentation like Setup instructions, Control plan, Process flow Diagram.Involved in new products machining, installation, prove out, cutting parameter and tooling selections Responsible for Quality assurance for new product:–• Signoff of the new Model/variant with all cross functional teams prior to serial production.• Proper closure of key points quality related specifications as per drawings. EV Project management• Prepare the project timeplan and complete the sign off with the stake holders.• Track the individual milestones as per the timeplan and report on status to various stakeholders.• Calculate the complete budget requirement for the proto build and parts development.• Manage project risks and ensure deliver projects on-time, within planned budget and required quality level.• Project solution planning – Charger capacity planning, technical discussions (internal/external), integration with IT• Prepares EV/Charger trial schedules as per customer requirements• Conducts/participates review meetings by projecting the progress plan, close the gaps• SAP ERP- Requirements gathering, BRD preparation and enabling ERP for EV fleet management.
