• Main duties and responsibilities:
• Oversees and manages daily workflow of the Team.
• Manages travel related requests from Executive Management and senior management.
• Ensure the effective day-to-day running of the corporate department, dealing with issues promptly and escalating matters to management where appropriate;
• Regularly evaluate processes and procedures and encourage and suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to clients;
• Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each corporate team member;

Bangalore

Handling Business trips for the corporate associates. Liaise with HR Dept for all Corporate Travel arrangements Visa facilitation service for the corporate associates including work permits Arranging Hotel accommodation and Travel insurance for Overseas travel. Maintain Visa check-list and follow-up with Visa agents. Liaise with Back office regarding.
