Duties and Responsibilities Includes: • Manage all resources and operations on daily basis to ensure timeliness adherence to SLAs to the mutual satisfaction of the client and the company.• Liaison between Client and the company to build and maintain smooth operations delivery and expanding relationship with the client.• Fostering a business-oriented relationship through regular interactions and ongoing communication.• Responsible for opportunity identification.• Setting Performance targets for all levels ( Asst Managers, Team Leaders & Travel consultants ).• Devise solutions and strategies for improving performance .• Providing frequent status reports on team performance including plans for improvement.• Appraisals of reporting Asst Managers/Team leaders/Travel consultants on a timely basis.• Manage attrition by creating a people friendly environment.• Ensuring people development and profit enhancement.• Provide statistical performance trends and plans of execution to maintain strong areas and build on opportunities.• Track and analyze performance to identify gaps and implement corrective action when required.Additional Responsibilities includes •Take care of travel needs of the Executive Management of the Company .Managing Private Charter booking arrangements for the Executive management of the company and other VIP clients .• Communicate effectively with Private Charter Operators/brokers for best offers • Negotiate with Private Charter operators/brokers to procure best value for clients.• Coordination with charter Operations team to ensure client flight itineraries and related requests are carried out accurately .• Follow up with the Civil aviation authority/Ground handling agents/slot coordinators and work towards permit/slot confirmations.• Verify Supplier invoices and ensure accuracy .• Work to generate referral business from existing clients and contacts.

Main duties and responsibilities:• Oversees and manages daily workflow of the Team .• Manages travel related requests from Executive Management and senior management .• Ensure the effective day-to-day running of the corporate department, dealing with issues promptly and escalating matters to management where appropriate;• Regularly evaluate processes and procedures and encourage and suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to clients;• Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each corporate team member; • Write and administer employee performance and probation reviews in conjunction with management and HR;• Provide appropriate coaching, counseling, direction and resolution for employees who experience work and/or personal problems; • Ensure employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs; • Respond to and resolves employee relations issues expressed by team members and seek advice from HR; • Create and maintain a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level;• Address disciplinary and/or performance issues according to company policy and in conjunction with management and HR;

Handling Business trips for the corporate associates. Liaise with HR Dept for all Corporate Travel arrangements Visa facilitation service for the corporate associates including work permits Arranging Hotel accommodation and Travel insurance for Overseas travel. Maintain Visa check-list and follow-up with Visa agents. Liaise with Back office regarding refund. Maintain Daily sales report
