Job responsibilities include attending  Cash,Credit (Garages and Dealers), fleet customers and promoting Ford Motorcraft Oil and batteries in the market and meeting the assigned targetsØ  Accurate and Prompt identification of Spare parts and providing price and availabilityØ  Creating awareness and promoting use of Genuine spare parts Ø  Promoting Ford motorcraft oil to customers,dealers and oil changing garages through Ford oil promotion schemeØ  Providing quotation to garages on accidental and mechanical repairs and follow upØ  Providing discount to garages and dealers as per the superiors adviceØ  Meeting the needs of credit and fleet customers,sending quotes, LPO receiving ,arranging deliveries .Ø  Creating PNA request to inventory team based on the requirement of parts by the customerØ  Order planning and emergency ordering  from company PDC for stock and requirements respectivelyØ  Timely collection of payment from customers according to their payment terms and credit limits
